Jane James Associate Professor Ian Johnston is a lecturer and researcher within the School of Psychology in the Faculty of Science. He is also currently the Degree Coordinator for the Bachelor of Psychology, Psychology Program and Graduate Diploma in Psychology. His research areas and projects span psychoneuroimmunology, human and non-human spatial cognition, and the effects of food and exercise on the brain and behaviour.
Rebecca James I am a clinical psychologist and academic in the School of Psychology, and Co-Director of the Child Behaviour Research Clinic (Brain & Mind Centre). I was received my PhD in 2005 (UNSW), and following a post-doctoral fellowship joined USYD in 2007. In addition to my research, clinical practice, and teaching on the USYD Master of Clinical Psychology program, I regularly give workshops on the treatment of child behaviour problems to therapists in Australia and internationally. I believe in using science to improve child mental health and enjoy supervising PhD students with such an interest.
Shannon Hutchinson Sean O’Connor is a Leadership Development Coach, Lecturer and Researcher at the Sydney University’s Coaching Psychology Unit. Over the last few years he has been working alongside a team of highly skilled leadership development professionals on one of the world’s largest evidence-based leadership development research projects testing a new leadership model and program for leadership development in one of Australia’s largest law firms and a network of hospitals.

Dr Naderpajouh is a Senior Lecturer, Director of Research Education and Post Graduate Coordinator, while he leads the Organising for Resilience in the Built Environment (ORIBE) research group. His main area of research focuses on collective actions and organising across social, technical and ecological systems. He is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Management in Engineering by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) as well as the Built Environment Project and Asset Management (BEPAM). He is also a member of the Editorial Board of several journals including the International Journal of Project Management (IJPM), while he serves as a referee for over 25 academic journals.

Oscar Prieto School of Project Management

Stewart Clegg was Professor of Management and Organization Studies at the University of Technology Sydney before joining the Department of Project Management in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sydney in 2021. He is a Virtual Visiting Professor at the University of Stavanger, Norway and at Nova School of Business and Economics, Portugal. In the past he has held Chair appointments at the University of New England, University of St. Andrews, University of Western Sydney as well as many Visiting Appointments, including at the Universities of Cambridge, Stanford, Newcastle (UK) and Aston and Copenhagen Business School. He is widely acknowledged as one of the most influential contributors to organization studies and project management, recognized as such by numerous Fellowships, as well as being one of the most significant contemporary theorists of power relations.

His research programs aim to improve the use of clinical trial evidence in systematic reviews and clinical practice; and health behaviours by monitoring how evidence and misinformation are taken up by the public.

Dr Huckel Schneider holds positions as Senior Lecturer in Health Policy at the School of Public Health and Adviser, Knowledge Exchange, at the Sax Institute.

Professor Tim Driscoll Public Health, School of Public Health

Prof Driscoll main research interest is the epidemiology of work-related injuries and diseases, with an emphasis on work-related fatal injury. He is also interested in data systems that facilitate the effective recording and analysis of injury and disease information, and how best to use surveillance and research data in planning and prioritising interventions aimed at decreasing the frequency and severity of work-related and other disorders. He had worked for several years as a member of the team considering occupational risk factors in the WHO Global Burden of Disease Comparative Risk Assessment.

Yes. You have to SWITCH ON your camera and microphone while connecting during the video chat so the faculty counsellors can see and hear you. After your interaction, you can leave the video chat room by clicking on the ‘LEAVE’ button on your screen.
